How the finder calculates and filters

For each broker’s recorded default plan, the shared calculator prices one NSE buy and one sell at equal quantity. It adds brokerage, STT, exchange charges, GST, SEBI charges, stamp duty and standard delivery DP. The unrounded round-trip total is multiplied by your monthly round trips, then displayed to paise. Equal rounded monthly totals sort by broker name.

Delivery DP assumes a separate standard sell charge for every round trip. Actual contract notes may group sells differently. Futures/options quantities are lots × your actual lot size; option prices are premiums. Contract-note rounding, discounts, subscriptions and account-specific conditions may change actual charges.

Filters use existing dated primary-source records. Missing or third-party-only evidence does not qualify. The bond filter includes documented live routes, including NCD public issues; it does not promise a bond store, every bond product or immediate inventory. A regulator registration alone is insufficient.

It prices one NSE buy-and-sell round trip with each broker’s recorded default plan, then multiplies the unrounded charges by your completed round trips per month. It includes brokerage, STT, exchange charges, GST, SEBI charges, stamp duty and standard delivery DP. Equal monthly totals rounded to paise sort by broker name. This is a cost comparison, not a measure of service quality or suitability.

No. AMC, account opening, plan subscriptions, financing and other product-specific costs are excluded from ranking and disclosed separately where recorded. Conditions vary by account and billing period. Mutual-fund and bond transaction costs are not included in the stock or derivative estimate.

Only dated primary-source evidence qualifies for direct mutual funds, documented live bond access and app or web availability. Unknown or third-party-only evidence fails an active filter. A broker missing from filtered results may still offer the feature; it means qualifying evidence is not recorded here. Bond access can mean listed bonds, auctions or NCD public issues; each qualifying route is named in the result.
