2. Calculator outputs are estimates

Brokerage, EMI, income tax and other calculators on the Site compute figures from publicly available formulas and broker pricing pages. The results are indicative estimates, not quotations. Actual charges, taxes, EMIs, GST, stamp duty, exchange transaction fees, SEBI charges, statutory deductions and slab calculations may differ from what is shown for any of the following reasons:

  • Brokers and exchanges revise their pricing from time to time. Each broker entry on this Site is tagged with a lastVerifiedAt date; rates may have changed since.
  • Statutory rates (STT, stamp duty, GST, exchange transaction charges, SEBI charges, income-tax slabs and rebates) change with regulation and finance bills.
  • Brokers may apply minimum-fee floors, plan-specific pricing, or promotional waivers that the calculator does not capture.
  • Rounding, segment classification (e.g. delivery vs. intraday vs. F&O), and exchange selection (NSE/BSE) affect the final charge.

Always verify the final charges with your broker and the relevant regulatory body before placing trades or making financial decisions.

3. No affiliation with brokers

Broker names, logos, and brand colours are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only. Their inclusion on the Site does not imply any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation, except where we have explicitly disclosed an affiliate relationship in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not speak for any broker; for the latest pricing, plans, or terms always refer to the broker's official website.

4. Past performance and forward-looking statements

Any reference to past performance, historical returns, charts or backtested results is illustrative only and is not a guarantee or prediction of future performance. Investments in securities, mutual funds, derivatives and other market-linked instruments are subject to market risk, including the possible loss of principal.
