ProStocks (Sunlight Broking LLP) is a flat-fee discount broker. The Flat ₹15 plan offers brokerage-free equity delivery and ₹15 per order on intraday and F&O. Unlimited monthly (₹899) and yearly (₹8,999) subscription plans give zero brokerage on all equity and derivatives. AMC is zero; a refundable ₹1,000 deposit is taken at account opening.
ProStocks — questions, answered.
It's a tool that estimates the full cost of a trade on ProStocks — including brokerage, STT, GST, exchange transaction charges, stamp duty, SEBI charges, and DP charges. You enter the trade size; we run the math.
Brokerage is the fee a broker charges to execute a trade on your behalf. In India, discount brokers typically charge a flat ₹20 or a percentage of the order value — whichever is lower. Equity delivery is often free.
ProStocks charges per executed order. The fee depends on the segment — delivery, intraday, futures, or options — and is computed against either a flat amount or a percentage of order value. Government taxes (STT, stamp duty, SEBI, exchange) and 18% GST are added on top.
STT (Securities Transaction Tax), stamp duty, SEBI turnover charges, exchange transaction charges, GST (18% on brokerage + SEBI + exchange + DP), and DP charges on equity delivery sells.
