Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Yes Securities account access help

If you cannot use your registered phone or email, contact the broker through its official support channel. An in-account settings change is not a recovery route when you cannot sign in. Find Yes Securities support contacts.

Before entering account details

• Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
• Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
