Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Web instructions do not necessarily match the mobile app. Start with the app linked from the broker’s official website, then use its sign-in and recovery options. The platform-specific notes above explain the differences we have sourced. See our Tradingo app guide.
Before entering account details
- Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
- Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
- Use official support if access fails. KYB cannot verify your identity, change registered contact details or bypass the broker’s security checks.
