Web sign-in

  1. Open the official login page

    Open https://trade.sbisecurities.in/. Check the address before entering your account details.

  2. Choose your sign-in method

    Client Code (unique client code allotted at account opening)

  3. Complete account verification

    One Time Password (OTP) sent to registered mobile number and email ID

Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Forgot Client Code

use the 'Forgot Client Code?' link on the login page to retrieve it via registered details

Forgot or expired password

use 'Generate/Forgot Password' to reset it via OTP

Account locked after repeated failed attempts

use the 'Unlock Account' option on the login page

OTP not received

use 'Resend OTP' and ensure mobile number and email registered with the account are current

If you cannot use your registered phone or email, contact the broker through its official support channel. An in-account settings change is not a recovery route when you cannot sign in. .

Using the mobile app

Web instructions do not necessarily match the mobile app. Start with the app linked from the broker’s official website, then use its sign-in and recovery options. The platform-specific notes above explain the differences we have sourced. .

Before entering account details

  • Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
  • Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
  • Use official support if access fails. KYB cannot verify your identity, change registered contact details or bypass the broker’s security checks.
