Open https://web.samco.in/login. Check the address before entering your account details.
Choose your sign-in method
Client ID (User ID) from the welcome letter, used with password and year of birth
Complete account verification
Mandatory 2FA per NSE circular: Time-based OTP (TOTP) or SMS/email OTP, plus device biometric/PIN on the app; first-time login requires setting 2FA security question answers
Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Using the mobile app
Web instructions do not necessarily match the mobile app. Start with the app linked from the broker’s official website, then use its sign-in and recovery options. The platform-specific notes above explain the differences we have sourced. See our SAMCO app guide.
Before entering account details
- Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
- Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
- Use official support if access fails. KYB cannot verify your identity, change registered contact details or bypass the broker’s security checks.
