Open the official login page
Open https://web.sahi.com/. Check the address before entering your account details.
Choose your sign-in method
Sahi Terminal accepts your registered mobile number or email, followed by Proceed. Continue with Google is also shown on the web sign-in screen.
Complete account verification
Follow the verification prompts for the sign-in method you choose on Sahi. Its mobile app supports Face ID or fingerprint on compatible devices.
Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Changed mobile number or email
Sahi’s published help currently directs contact-detail changes to customercare@sahi.com for a manual process. Do not assume the profile change can be completed while locked out.

Sahi supports these methods on mobile devices that provide them. This is a mobile-app feature, not a replacement for the web sign-in prompts.

Using the mobile app
Web instructions do not necessarily match the mobile app. Start with the app linked from the broker’s official website, then use its sign-in and recovery options. The platform-specific notes above explain the differences we have sourced. See our Sahi app guide.
Before entering account details
- Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
- Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
- Use official support if access fails. KYB cannot verify your identity, change registered contact details or bypass the broker’s security checks.
