   Registered mobile number or email ID

   OTP sent to registered mobile and email; app access can be secured with a PIN or biometric (fingerprint/Face ID)

Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Paytm Money account access help

• Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
• Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
