Open the official login page
Open https://trade.kotakneo.com/. Check the address before entering your account details.
Choose your sign-in method
On the Kotak Neo web screen, choose Login with mobile or Login with PAN, enter the corresponding registered details, then Continue. A QR login option is also displayed.
Complete account verification
Follow the verification prompts for your selected Neo web login method. Kotak’s app guide describes password and OTP sign-in, with M-PIN, OTP or enabled device biometrics for subsequent app access.
Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Neo versus NEST credentials
Kotak documents separate password setup for the Neo app and NEST terminal. Use the recovery instructions for the platform you actually use; do not treat API authentication as retail login.

Kotak’s NEST help says migrated users should use PAN instead of their earlier user ID or nickname. This instruction is specific to NEST.

Before entering account details
- Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
- Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
