INDmoney login & account help
Go to INDmoney’s own sign-in page, or find help with account access below. KnowYourBrokerage is an independent guide. We do not collect passwords, send OTPs or unlock accounts.
Opens www.indmoney.com in a new tab.
Web sign-in
- 1
Open the official login page
Open https://www.indmoney.com/login. Check the address before entering your account details.
- 2
Choose your sign-in method
Choose the country code and enter the phone number linked to your INDmoney account on the Sign up / Login screen.
- 3
Complete account verification
The web screen states that an OTP will be sent to the entered phone number. Continue with the OTP and any additional verification requested by INDmoney.
Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.
INDmoney account access help
Cannot receive the phone OTP
Check that the country code and account phone number are correct. If you cannot access that number, use INDmoney’s official customer-service page for recovery assistance; do not create a second account as a workaround.
Read source ↗Need help with Indian stocks access
INDmoney lists a separate INDStocks support contact on its customer-service page. Choose the team for your product rather than assuming the US-stocks support route handles it.
Read source ↗Looking for a web password reset
The current public entry screen starts with phone-number OTP rather than an email/password form. Follow the options shown by INDmoney; this guide does not assume a password-reset flow.
Read source ↗If you cannot use your registered phone or email, contact the broker through its official support channel. An in-account settings change is not a recovery route when you cannot sign in. Find INDmoney support contacts.
Using the mobile app
Web instructions do not necessarily match the mobile app. Start with the app linked from the broker’s official website, then use its sign-in and recovery options. The platform-specific notes above explain the differences we have sourced. See our INDmoney app guide.
Before entering account details
- Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
- Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
- Use official support if access fails. KYB cannot verify your identity, change registered contact details or bypass the broker’s security checks.
