Web sign-in

  1. Open the official login page

    Open https://investright.hdfcsec.com/login. Check the address before entering your account details.

  2. Choose your sign-in method

    User ID (Client ID) or registered mobile number, with password

  3. Complete account verification

    OTP sent to registered mobile and email after credential login; biometric/MPIN (fingerprint/face) login is also available on the app and does not require the OTP step

Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

contact customer care to retrieve the login ID

Forgotten password

reset online using username, bank customer ID and HDFC NetBanking password to create a new trading password

Initial password not received

request a fresh password from customer care (arrives within about 7 business days)

Frequent automatic logout

the session times out after about 5 minutes of inactivity for security; simply log back in

If you cannot use your registered phone or email, contact the broker through its official support channel. An in-account settings change is not a recovery route when you cannot sign in. .

Using the mobile app

Web instructions do not necessarily match the mobile app. Start with the app linked from the broker’s official website, then use its sign-in and recovery options. The platform-specific notes above explain the differences we have sourced. .

Before entering account details

  • Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
  • Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
  • Use official support if access fails. KYB cannot verify your identity, change registered contact details or bypass the broker’s security checks.
