Open the official login page
Open https://groww.in/login. Check the address before entering your account details.
Choose your sign-in method
On the web, use your registered email address and Continue, or choose Continue with Google for the Google account linked to Groww.
Complete account verification
Complete the verification requested by Groww for your chosen sign-in method. The email-password recovery flow sends an OTP to your registered email.
Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Looking for mobile-number login on the web
The public web screen currently offers email or Continue with Google. Use the email linked to your existing account rather than entering a new address.

Groww directs users with other app or login errors to customer support. Use its official Help and Support page; KYB cannot access or reset your account.

Using the mobile app
Web instructions do not necessarily match the mobile app. Start with the app linked from the broker’s official website, then use its sign-in and recovery options. The platform-specific notes above explain the differences we have sourced. See our Groww app guide.
Before entering account details
- Check the full website address, not just its logo or name. A secure connection alone does not prove that a website belongs to your broker.
- Keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private. Do not give them to someone offering remote login assistance.
- Use official support if access fails. KYB cannot verify your identity, change registered contact details or bypass the broker’s security checks.
