  2. Choose your sign-in method

    User ID (client code); password reset requires User ID + PAN

  3. Complete account verification

    OTP to registered mobile/email (auto-read on app)

Use the details linked to your existing account. If a screen asks you to open a new account unexpectedly, stop and check with the broker before continuing. Verification can differ between web, app and account types; follow the prompts on the official platform.

Forgot password

open the app, tap Login with User ID, select Forgot Password, enter User ID and PAN, verify OTP, then set a new password.

Not receiving the login OTP

ensure the registered mobile number and email are current; OTP is sent to the registered contact details.

Unsure of login identifier

log in with the User ID (client code) rather than email or mobile number.

If you cannot use your registered phone or email, contact the broker through its official support channel. An in-account settings change is not a recovery route when you cannot sign in. .

Using the mobile app
